4 I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL.
5 The meeting was called to order at 7:45 P.M.
6 II. ROLL CALL.
7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Secretary Marks, and Commissioner Faust.
8 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Morrison.
9 Commissioners Absent: Vice Chair Enrooth and Commissioner Wagner.
10 111. APPROVAL OF JUNE 10, 1996 HRA AGENDA.
11 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the June 10, 1996 HRA Agenda as
12 presented.

14 Motion carried unanimous
15 IV. APPROVAL OF MAY 28,1996 HRA MINUTES.
16 Motion by Faust, second by Marks to approve the May 28, 1996 HRA minutes as
17 presented.
Motion carried unanimously.
19 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS.
20 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following claims:
21 A. Ramsey County in the amount of $615.14 for TIF Administrative Expenses 1995.
22 B. American En ing eerin Testing. esting Inc. in the amount of $2,080.70 for City Hall /
23 Community Center Project testing services from April 16, 1996 to May 15, 1996.
24 Motion carried unanimously.
25 VI. RESOLUTION HRA 1996-004, RE: HRA APPROVE PLEDGE OF TAX
26 INCREMENTS FOR $1,720,000.00 GENERAL OBLIGATION TAX INCREMENT
27 BONDS, SERIES 1996.
28 Motion by Marks, second by Ranallo to approve Resolution HRA 1996-004 regarding
29 approving pledge of Tax Increments from Apache Plaza, 39th and Silver Lake Road,
30 Kenzie Terrace and Chandler Place Tax Increment Financing Districts to pay
31 $1,720,000.00 General Obligation Tax Increment Bonds, Series 1996A of the City of St.
32 Anthony.
Motion carried unanimously.
