The meeting was called to order at 8:15 p.m.
II. ROLL CALL.
Council present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, and
Councilmembers Marks, Fleming and Wagner
Staff present: Executive Director Manager Burt and
Management Assistant Bellefuil
Motion by Wagner and seconded by Marks to approve the
December 13, 1993 agenda as amended.

Motion by Fleming and seconded by Enrooth to approve the
minutes of the November 23, 1993 H.R.A. meeting.
Motion by Marks and seconded by Enrooth to approve the
following claims:
- M-- r -I.
Payment in the amount of $2,681.56 for costs incurred in
1992 regarding tax increments.

Payment in the amount of $384.70 for legal services rendered

Motion by Marks and seconded by Fleming to adjourn the
meeting at 8:20 p.m.
