1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Ranallo at 9:25
p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Chairperson Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth,
Secretary/Treasurer Marks and Commissioners
Fleming and Wagner
Staff Present: Executive Director Burt and Management
Assistant Urbia
3. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 10, 1991 H.R.A. MEETING MINUTES
The minutes of the December 10, 1991 H.R.A. meeting were
distributed at this meeting. Members of the Authority felt it
would be more appropriate to approve these minutes at the next
H.R.A. meeting after they had time to review them.
4. CLAIMS
A. Norwest Bank Minnesota
Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve payment in
the amount of $26,495.00 to Norwest Bank Minnesota for
registered principal and interest on bonds issued.
Motion carried unanimously
B. Norwest Bank Minnesota
Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve payment in
the amount of $164,925.00 to Norwest Bank Minnesota for
registered principal and interest on bonds issued.
Motion carried unanimously

Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve payment in
the amount of $45,097.50 to American Bank for funds due
for registered interest on bonds issued.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Enrooth, second by Marks to adjourn the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority Meeting at 9:27 p.m.
Motion carried unanimously
