ANTHONY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY JULY 30, 1991 1. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Ranallo at 9:15 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL Present: Chairperson Ranallo, Vice Chairperson Enrooth, Secretary/Treasurer Marks and Commissioners Fleming and Wagner. Staff present: Executive Director Burt 3. APPROVAL OF JUNE 25, 1991 H.R.A. MINUTES Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the minutes of the June 25, 1991 H.R.A. meeting as presented and there were no corrections. Motion carried unanimously 4. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS A. Dorsey & Whitney Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve payment in the amount of 5205.00 to Dorsey b Whitney for services rendered through May 31, 1991 as the H.R.A. General Counsel. Notion carried unanimously B. Ramsey County Motion by Merka, second by Enrooth to approve payment in the amount of 8267.35 to Ramsey County for tax increment financing administrative coats. Notion carried unanimously C. American National Bank Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve payment in the amount of 652,613.86 to the American National Bank for interest due on General Obligation Bonds. Motion carried unanimously E. Norwest Banka Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve payment in the amount of 614,925.00 to Norwest Banks for the debt service payment for the refinancing of Autumn Woods pro3ect. Motion carried unanimously F. Norwest Banks Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve payment in the amount of 511,495.00 to Norwest Banka for debt service repayment. Motion carried unanimously 5. MISCELLANEOUS Clark Station Property The Executive Director advised that the Clark Station property located at 33rd and Stinson Boulevard is being appraised. Soil testing will be done. Chairperson Ranallo stated that some cities have cleaned up areas where hazardous waste was found and the cities were liable for the clean up costa. 6. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Marke, second by Enrooth to ad3ourn the N.R.A. meeting at 9:23 p.m..
