Motion by Ranallo, second by Makowske to approve the minutes of the November

14, 1989 H.R.A. meeting as presented.

Dorsey and Whitney for legal services rendered on behalf of the H.R.A.

5• PROPOSAL FROM STUART BONNIWELL FOR 1989 H.R.A. AUDIT

Motion by Ranallo, second by Makowske to authorize employing the services

of Stuart Bonniwell, Certified Public Accountant, to conduct the 1989

H.R.A. Audit.

Commissioner Ranallo requested that staff go out for bids for this service

for the 1990 audit.
