HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES
December 17, 1985
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 9:26 P.M.
Present for roll call: Sundland, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary/Treasurer Marks,
and Commissioners Makowske and Ranallo.
Also present: David Childs, Executive Director; and Carol Johnson, Finance Director.
Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by Secretary/Treasurer Marks to approve
as submitted the minutes of the H.R.A. meeting held November 26, 1985.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chair Enrooth to approve
payment of $159.85 to Radio Shack for a micro cassette recorder and cassettes for
use by the Council secretary.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by Secretary/Treasurer Marks to approve
• payment of the following claims as listed in the December 17, 1985 H.R.A. agenda
packet:
$8.24 to Lillie Suburban Newspapers for publication of notice of the December 3rd
H.R.A. meeting;
$313 to Braun Engineering Testing for compaction testing services on the Old Highway 8
Redevelopment Project through November 17, 1985;
$725 to Adrian Helgeson and Company for the 1984 H.R.A. audit; and
$8,383.43 to Dorsey & Whitney for legal services to the H.R.A. during October, 1985,
including services on the Kenzie Terrace, Walker on Kenzie, and Chandler Place
Redevelopment Projects.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chair Enrooth to adjourn
the meeting at 9:28 P. M.
Motion carried unanimously.
