RESOLUTION TO APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT AT THE UNOFFICIAL
ON JULY 30, 2016
WHEREAS, The Unofficial has submitted an event proposal along with site map for a
Grand Re- Opening event on July 30, 2016. The event will include live music, beer truck, outdoor
food tent, local artists vendor tents and outdoor games; and
WHEREAS, The hours of the event will be 10:00am- 1:00am, with live music 3:00pm-
I0:00pm; and
WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony has the authority to grant a holder of an on -sale
liquor license to serve alcohol off premises at a community festival with proof of liquor liability
insurance to cover the event; and
WHEREAS, The Unofficial will comply with the City of St. Anthony Police
department's recommendations on appropriate security for the event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St.
Anthony Village approves the request for The Unofficial to hold a special event on July 30, 2016
with the conditions mentioned above.
APPROVED in the regular session of the City Counc July 26, 2016.
