CITY OF ST. ANTHONY
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES
September 25, 1984
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 9:02 P.M.
Present for roll call: Sundland, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary/Treasurer Marks,
and Commissioners Ranallo and Makowske.
Also present: David Childs, Executive Director.
Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chair Enrooth to approve
as presented the minutes of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority meeting
held September 11, 1984.
Motion carried unanimously.
• Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner Makowske to
approve payment of $450 to O. J. Janski and Associates for inspection and a
real estate appraisal of the Mimosa Restaurant property for the 202 senior
housing project.
Motion carried unanimously.
Mr. Childs indicated that just as soon as Mr. Janski's appraisal of the Walbon
property is completed, the H.R.A. should be able to discuss the proposal to
develop that tract for townhouses.
Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner Makowske to
adjourn the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority meeting at 9:05 P.M.
Motion carried unanimously.
