HomeMy WebLinkAboutHRA MINUTES 03271984CITY OF ST. ANTHONY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES March 27, 1984 The meeting was called to order at 9:00 P.M. by Chair Sundland. Present for roll call: Sundland, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary - Treasurer Marks, and Commissioner Makowske. Absent: Ranallo. Also present: David Childs, Executive Director. Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner Makowske to approve as submitted the minutes for the H.R.A meeting held February 28, 1984. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Commissioner Makowske and seconded by Secretary/Treasurer Marks to approve payment of $552.49 to Dorsey & Whitney for legal services on the Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment Project during January, 1984. • Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Secretary/Treasurer (larks and seconded by Commissioner Makowske to approve payment of $603 to Westwood Planning and Engineering for November and December, 1983 interest on delayed pay- ment of fees due the firm for their services on the Kenzie Terrace Project, as recommended in the March 23rd memorandum from the City Manager. Motion carried unanimously. The G & G Body Shop building would be torn down by April 2nd to make way for The Kenzington and the H.R.A. share of the demolition costs would be $7,000 according to Mr. Childs. The Executive Director reported he had talked to the developer that day and learned 30 Kenzington units had been sold and Mr. Arkell was certain another three would be sold before the end of the week. Motion by Vice Chair Enrooth and seconded by Secretary/Treasurer Marks to adjourn the meeting at 9:05 P.M. Motion carried unanimously. • Respectfully submitted, Helen Crowe, Secretary
