HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES
June 28, 1983
Chairman Sundland called the meeting to order at 9:10 P.M.
Present for roll call: Sundland, Vice Chairman Letourneau; Secretary/
Treasurer Marks; and Commissioners Ranallo and
Enrooth.
Also present: David Childs, Executive Director; Steve Arkell of Arkand
Partnership; and Judy Makowske, Planning Commission
Representative.
Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by Vice Chairman Letourneau
to approve as submitted the minutes of the H.R.A. meeting held June 14,
1983.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chairman Let-
ourneau to approve payment of $437 to Dorsey & Whitney for legal services
in connection with the Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment Project.
• Motion carried unanimously.
The Executive Director indicated the condemnation resolution was
necessary so the required lengthy mechanisms would be taken care of
should the negotiations with the property owners for the land included
in Phase 1 of the project become bogged down and the land not acquired
before fall.
Motion by Commissioner Enrooth and seconded by Vice Chairman Letourneau
to adopt Resolution 83-007, effective June 30, 1983.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONDEMNATION OF REAL PROPERTY
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner Ranallo
to adjourn the meeting at 9:12 P.M.
Motion carried unanimously.
