CITY OF ST. ANTHONY
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES
December 13, 1983
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 10:31 P.M.
Present for roll call: Sundland, Vice Chairman Letourneau, Secretary/
Treasurer Marks; and Commissioners Enrooth
and Ranallo.
Also present: David Childs, Executive Director; William Soth,
Attorney; and Judy Makowske, Planning Commission
representative.
Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Chairman Sundland
to approve as presented the minutes of the November 22, 1983 H.R.A.
•
meeting.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner
Ranallo to authorize the deferment of land acquisition for Phases II
and III of the Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment Project as requested in
the November 29, 1983 letter from Arkell Development Corporation.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Vice Chairman Letourneau and seconded by Commissioner
Enrooth to adjourn the meeting at 10:33 P.M.
Motion carried unanimously.
