RESOLUTION 16 -060
A RESOLUTION APPROVING REDPATH AND COMPANY AS THE
CITY AUDITOR FOR AUDITING YEARS 2016 AND 2017 AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SUCH ENGAGEMENT CONTRACT
WHEREAS, in 2014, the City of St. Anthony entered into a two -year engagement contract with
Redpath and Company, LTD for auditing services which was valid through
December 31, 2015; and
WHEREAS, Redpath and Company, LTD has proposed a two -year engagement period
with an increase in cost of 2.5% or $1,225 for 2016 and 2.5% or $1,255 for 2017;
and
WHEREAS, The engagement contract received from Redpath and Company, LTD for 2016
and 2017 reflects the adjustment in costs noted above.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves Redpath
and Company, LTD to perform the services and role of the City Auditor for calendar years 2016
and 2017 and Authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to Execute Such Contract.
