CITY OF ST. ANTHONY
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES
April 13, 1982
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 8:50 P.M.
Present for roll call: Sundland; Vice Chairman Letourneau; Secretary/
Treasurer Marks, and Members Ranallo and Enrooth.
Also present: Dave Childs, Executive Director.
Motion by Mr. Letourneau and seconded by Mr. Marks to approve as
submitted the minutes for the January 26,.1982 HRA meeting.
Motion carried unanimously.
The second in a number of redevelopment management proposals for the
Kenzie Terrace area was presented by.James S. Holmes, James Lemly and
Gary winter, representing the Holmes and Graves law firm, 470 Pills-
bury Center. The Council was brought up to date on the new legisla-
tion which may make tax increment financing of the project more
feasible and was especially interested in hearing how developers
were found for other municipal projects such as the development of
the area around 40th and Central in Columbia Heights.
No action was taken.
