CITY OF ST. ANTHONY
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES
July 27, 1982
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 11:11 P.M.
Present for roll call: Sundland, Vice Chairman Letourneau; Secretary/
Treasurer Marks and Members Enrooth and Ranallo.
Also present: David Childs, Executive Director; and Richard Krier,
Westwood Planning and Engineering Co.
Motion by Member Ranallo and seconded by Vice Chairman Letourneau to
approve as submitted the minutes for the HRA meeting held July 13, 1982.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Member Ranallo to
adopt the Acquisition Policy and Residential and Commercial Relocation
manuals as provided by Mr. Krier, planning consultant for the Kenzie
Terrace Redevelopment Project.
Motion carried unanimously.
Mr. Krier reiterated that the public

FINDINGS AND DETERMINATIONS BY, AND
RESOLUTIONS OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOP-
MENT AUTHORITY OF THE'CITY OF ST. ANTHONY,
MINNESOTA, RELATIVE TO AND APPROVING OF
A REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR AN URBAN RENEWAL
PROJECT FOR THE KENZIE TERRACE AREA IN
ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA, ENTITLED "KENZIE
TERRACE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT", DATED
MAY 1982.
Motion carried unanimously.
The Planning Consultant suggested the HRA members should start thinking
about developing an operating plan and insurance strategy and setting
up a marketing committee to sell the project to a developer. He
•• said he would recommend the committee should be headed by.a "highpowered"
civic leader, preferably from the Kenzie Terrace area, who would be willing
to undertake a selling job for the project. lie detailed his own firm's
anticipated involvement in the process,.

Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Member Ranallo to
adjourn the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority.at 11:20 P.M.
Motion carried unanimously.
