HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING
January 22, 2008
CALL TO ORDER.
Chair Faust called the meeting to order at 8:01 p.m.
ROLL CALL.
Commissioners present: Chair Faust; Commissioners Gray, Roth, Stille, and Thuesen.
Commissioners absent: None.
Also present: Executive Director Michael Mornson and City Attorney Jerome
Gilligan.
I. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 22, 2008 H.R.A. AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Gray, seconded by Commissioner Thuesen, to approve the January 22,
2008 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.
Motion carried unanimously.
II. CONSENT AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Thuesen, seconded by Commissioner Gray, to approve the Consent
Agenda, which consisted of:
A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of January 8, 2008: and
B. Claims
III. PUBLIC HEARINGS.
None
IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A.
None
V. STAFF REPORTS.
None.
VI. H.R.A. COMMISSIONER COMMENTS.
None.
