RESOLUTION 16 -080
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
ST. ANTHONY -NEW BRIGHTON SCHOOL DISTRICT #282 COMMUNITY
SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony -New Brighton School District #282 entered in to a lease
agreement with the City of St. Anthony in September 1996; and
WHEREAS, the lease agreement is for the Community Services division of the school
district and gymnasium space; and
WHEREAS, the lease agreement was last amended to allow an increase in the rent
amount with the effective dates of January 1, 2008 and will expire on
December 31, 2016; and
WHEREAS, this new annual lease amount would be effective beginning January 1,
2017, effective for the 2017 -2018 school year.
WHEREAS, the lease agreement would subsequently renew January 1, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony approves
amending the lease with St. Anthony -New Brighton School District #282 Community
Services.

Amendment to Lease
This is an amendment to the lease dated October 11, 2016, between the City of
St. Anthony and the St. Anthony/New Brighton School District #282.
AMENDING ARTICLE 1. RENT
Tenant will pay to Landlord at 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. Anthony, Minnesota,
55418, or at such other address as may be designated by Landlord, without prior
demand and without any deduction or set -off, monthly rent to be paid monthly of
$10,608.33 commencing January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2021. Monthly
rent will be 13,310.83 commencing January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2026.
This amendment is effective January 1, 2017.
