RESOLUTION 17 -004
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AN INVESTMENT ACCOUNT WITH MULTI -
BANK SECURITIES, INC.
WHEREAS, Multi -Bank Securities, Inc., currently provides investments services to the City of
Saint Anthony Village and has executed a Broker certification form for 2017.
WHEREAS, In order to settle investment transactions directly with Multi -Bank Securities, Inc.
the City of Saint Anthony Village needs to establish an account in its name.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council directs the City Manager and
Finance Director to establish an account with Multi -Bank Securities, Inc. for the settlement of
investment transactions.
Adopted this 10`" day of January, 2017.
