HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES
JANUARY 10, 2017
CALL TO ORDER.
Chair Faust called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m.
ROLL CALL.
Present: Chair Faust Commissioners Brever, Jenson, and Stille
Absent: Commissioner Gray
Also Present: Executive Director Mark Casey
I. APPROVAL OF THE JANUARY 10, 2017 H.R.A. AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Brever, to approve the January 10
2017 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.
Motion carried 4 -0.
II. CONSENT AGENDA.
A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of November 8, 2016
B. Claims
C. "Housekeeping Resolutions"
1. Resolution 17 -01: Designating Jerome Faust as the Chair for the Saint Anthon
Village Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
2. Resolution 17 -02: Designating Randy Stille as the Vice Chair for the Saint
Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
3. Resolution 17 -03: Designating Hal Gray as the Secretarv/Treasurer for the Saint
Anthony Village Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
4. Resolution 17 -04: Designating Commissioners for the Saint Anthony Village
Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Brever, to approve the Consent
Agenda items as presented.
