A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID
FOR THE 2017 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan for the above - referenced
project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received
complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Ryan Contracting Company of Elko New Market, MN is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:
1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Ryan
Contracting Company in the amount of $2,320,289.50 in the name of the City of St. Anthony Village,
Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above - referenced project according to the plans and
specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
2. The Engineer, WSB & Associates, Inc., is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the
next two lowest bidders shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
