RESOLUTION 17 -048
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT AT THE UNOFFICIAL
ON AUGUST 6, 2017
WHEREAS, The Unofficial has submitted an event proposal for a classic car show on August 6,
2017. The event will include DJ music and outdoor food; and
WHEREAS, the hours of the event will be 9:00am- 3:00pm with live music 10:00am- 2:00pm; and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has the authority to grant a holder of an on -sale liquor
license to serve alcohol off premises at a community festival with proof of liquor
liability insurance to cover the event; and
WHEREAS, The Unofficial will comply with the City of St. Anthony Police department's
recommendations on appropriate security for the event.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village approves
the request for The Unofficial to hold a special event on August 6, 2017 with the conditions
mentioned above.
