RESOLUTION 18 -016
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RETOACTIVE HSIP DEBT SERVICE TRANSFER
WHEREAS, each year staff identifies debt service transfers between funds; and
WHEREAS, HSIP grant proceeds were received on 12/29/2017 and therefore not included in
the annual transfer resolution passed at the 12/12/2017 City Council meeting:
WHEREAS, the HSIP grant was included as a bonding source for the HSIP project: and
WHEREAS, the appropriate accounting for HSIP grant proceeds are to deposit proceeds into
the HSIP construction fund and then transfer the amount designated as a bonding
source to the HSIP debt service fund; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony here
by approves the transfer of funds noted below, retroactive to 12/31/2017:
