HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES
FEBRUARY 13, 2018
CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chair Gray called the meeting to order at 8:20 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Vice Chair Gray; Commissioners Jenson, Randle, and Stille
Absent: Chair Faust
Also Present: City Manager Mark Casey
I. APPROVAL OF THE FEBRUARY 13, 2018 H.R.A. AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Stille, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the February 13,
2018 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.
Motion carried 4 -0.
II. CONSENT AGENDA.
A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of December 12, 2017
B. Claims
C. Housekeeping Resolutions
1. Resolution 18 -01; Desi ngnating Jerome Faust as the Chair for the Saint Anthony
Village Housing and Redevelopment Authority,
2. Resolution 18 -02; Designating Hal Gray as the Vice Chair for the Saint Anthony
Village Housing and Redevelopment Authority,
3. Resolution 18 -03; Designating Jan Jenson as the Secretary /Treasurer Chair for the
Saint Anthony Village Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
4. Resolution 18 -04; Designating Commissioners Chair for the Saint Anthony for
the Saint Anthony Village Housing and Redevelopment Authority,
Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Stille, to approve the Consent
Agenda items as presented.
