RESOLUTION 18-045
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR THE 2019/2020 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the following locations are proposed for improvement:
Street & Utility Reconstruction
• Skycroft Drive from 32nd Avenue to 33`d Avenue
• Croft Drive from 31" Avenue to 331 Avenue
• 32 "d Avenue from Rankin Road to Croft Drive
Pedestrian Improvements
• County Road C (29" Avenue) from CSAH 88 to the eastern City Limits
Drainage Improvements
• Silver Lake Road from 39" Avenue to Silver Lane
• Industrial Park southeast of CSAH 88 at County Road C(29' Avenue)
WHEREAS, a portion of the cost of the improvements are to be assessed to the benefited properties,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:
The proposed improvement be referred to WSB & Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether
the proposed improvement is necessary, cost - effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be
made as proposed or in connection other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvement as
recommended.
