A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AN INVESTMENT ACCOUNT WITH RBC
WEALTH MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC, is currently providing investments services to
the City of Saint Anthony Village.
WHEREAS, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, LLC, has made the decision to cease providing
investments services to municipalities including the City of Saint Anthony Village, by 3/29/2019.
WHEREAS, In order to transfer investment assets held at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC the
City of Saint Anthony Village needs to establish a new brokerage account in its name.
WHEREAS, In order to maintain continuity in the management of these investment assets the
City of Saint Anthony Village choses to establish an account at RBC Wealth Management,
Minneapolis under the supervision of its former Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC broker.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council directs the City Manager and Finance
Director to establish an Investments account with RBC Wealth Management, Minneapolis.
