RESOLUTION 18 -077
A RESOLUTION APPROVING HENNEPIN AND RAMSEY COUNTY IMPROVEMENTS TO
COUNTY ROAD C
WHEREAS, Ramsey County is the lead agency for the reconstruction of Ramsey County Road C and
Hennepin County Road 94.
WHEREAS, Ramsey County has presented the proposed alignment, and pedestrian improvements to
the City Council,
WHEREAS, Ramsey County has accommodated the City watermain and sanitary sewer utility
replacement into the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:
The City Engineer is authorized to approve and sign the plans as presented by Ramsey County.
