CALL TO ORDER.
Chair Faust called the meeting to order at 8:10 p.m.

Present: Chair Faust Commissioners Gray, Jenson, Randle, and Stille
Absent: None
Also Present: Executive Director Mark Casey
I. APPROVAL OF THE NOVEMBER 13, 2018 H.R.A. AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Gray, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the November
13, 2018 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.
Motion carried 5 -0.

B. Claims
Motion by Commissioner Gray, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the Consent
Agenda items as presented.
