RESOLUTION 19 -014
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFERS OF SPECIFIED FUNDS
WHEREAS, Staff has evaluated the accounting and recording of OPEB liabilities for
Enterprise Funds,
WHEREAS, per discussions with the City's auditors it was determined that by the accounting
for all Funds OPEB liabilities within the Internal Service Fund would provide a
consolidate picture of OPEB status.
WHEREAS, a further outcome is a treatment that is consistent with how the City's
governmental funds accounts for OPEB liabilities
WHEREAS, lastly, it achieves the removal of the year to year impact of changing actuarial
estimates from the Enterprise Fund Balance Financial

Operating Transfers:
Internal Service Fund $52,738 Liquor OPEB Liabilty
Internal Service Fund $49,967 Water Sewer OPEB Liability
$102,705
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony here
approves the transfer of the funds noted:
