HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES
JANUARY 8, 2019
CALL TO ORDER.
Chair Faust called the meeting to order at 7:46 p.m.
ROLL CALL.
Present: Chair Faust Commissioners Gray, Jenson, Randle, and Stille
Absent: None
Also Present: Executive Director Mark Casey
I. APPROVAL OF THE JANUARY 8, 2019 H.R.A. AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Randle, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the January 8,
2019 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.
Motion carried 5 -0.

B. Claims
C. Housekeeping Resolutions
1. Resolution 19 -01; Designating Jerome Faust as the Chair for the St. Anthony
Village Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
2. Resolution 19 -02; Designating Randy Stille as the Vice Chair for the St. Anthony
Village Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
3. Resolution 19 -03; Designating Thomas Randle as the Secretary/Treasurer for the
St. Anthony Village Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
4. Resolution 19 -04; Designating Commissioners for the St. Anthony Village
Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
Motion by Commissioner Stille, seconded by Commissioner Gray, to approve the Consent
Agenda items as presented.
