RESOLUTION 19 -029
A RESOLUTION APPROVING 3.2 OFF SALE MALT LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
HOLIDAY LOCATED AT 3810 SILVER LAKE ROAD
WHEREAS, the applicant's filed a completed application for a 3.2 Off Sale Malt Liquor
License for 3810 Silver Lake Road on March 21, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the new applicant, Holiday, will replace the current Freedom store and they
anticipate opening this spring; and
WHEREAS, Staff recommends approval of a 3.2 Off Sale Malt Liquor License for Holiday
at 3810 Silver Lake Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint
Anthony Village hereby approves a 3.2 Off Sale Malt Liquor License for Holiday at 3810
Silver Lake Road.
Adopted this 9th day April, 2019.
