A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2019 -03
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance adding a
new chapter 98 Relating to Small Wireless Facilities, Establishing General Standards, Permitting Process,
General Permitting Conditions, and Other Requirements; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the
case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent
of Ordinance 2019 -03.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2019 -03 shall be
published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance.

An Ordinance Adding Chapter 98 Relating to Small Wireless Facilities, Establishing General Standards,
Permitting Process, General Permitting Conditions, and Other Requirements;
The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2019 -03 on April 9, 2019, this ordinance outlines
the city of St. Anthony's standards for Small Wireless Facilities and permitting process.
The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St.
Anthony, MN 55418.
