A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2019 -04
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance
concerning establishment of fees; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the
case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent
of Ordinance 2019 -04.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2019 -04 shall be
published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance.

Ordinance 2019 -04
An Ordinance Amending Section 33.061 in Chapter 33 Establishment of Fees;
The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2019 -04 on April 9, 2019, this ordinance
establishes fees for Small Wireless Facilities, including: application fees, annual small wireless facility permit
fees, city owned wireless support structure fees, and annual city owned property fees.

Anthony, MN 55418.
