A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2019 -02
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance
concerning establishment of fees; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the
case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent
of Ordinance 2019 -02.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2019 -02 shall be
published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance.

An Ordinance Amending Sections 32.20, 32.21 and 32.25 Parks Commission
The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2019 -02 on April 23, 2019, this ordinance
establishes amends multiple sections relating to the Parks Commission, including: amending the name, amending
the purpose, membership, and powers and duties.
The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St.
Anthony, MN 55418.
Adopted this 23rd day of April, 2019.
