RESOLUTION TO APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT AT THE UNOFFICIAL
ON JUNE 29, 2019
WHEREAS, The Unofficial has submitted an event proposal along with site map for a customer
appreciation event on June 29, 2019. The event will include live music, beer truck,
and outdoor food tent; and

the hours of the event will be 2:OOpm- 9:OOpm, with live music 3:OOpm- 9:OOpm; and
the City of St. Anthony has the authority to grant a holder of an on -sale liquor
license to serve alcohol off premises at a community festival with proof of liquor
liability insurance to cover the event; and
The Unofficial will comply with the City of St. Anthony Police department's
recommendations on appropriate security for the event.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village approves
the request for The Unofficial to hold a special event on June 29, 2019 with the conditions
mentioned above.
