RESOLUTION 19-046
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FOR A SUBDIVISION AND
LOT COMBINATION FOR OUTLOT D OF THE VILLAGE COMMONS.
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village received a request from the joint applicants and property
owners Village Commons Homeowners Association for Outlot D of the Village Commons plat (PID
313023410239), and joint applicant David Lindman of 3929 Fordham Drive, owner of adjacent property; and
WHEREAS, the subject property is located within the City's R-1 Single Family District; and
WHEREAS, the joint applicants seek a subdivision of said Outlot D; and
WHEREAS, joint applicant Lindman will take ownership of the north 20 feet of Outlot D upon
subdivision; and
WHEREAS, joint applicant Village Commons Homeowners Association will retain ownership of the
remainder of Outlot D upon subdivision; and
WHEREAS, joint applicant Lindman will concurrently add said north 20 feet of Outlot D to his
adjoining property at 3929 Fordham Drive NE, PID 313023410163; and
WHEREAS, said subdivision and lot combination will have no effect on zoning compliance of either
property; and
WHEREAS, said subdivision and lot combination will have no effect on public services to either
property or the neighborhood in general; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision and lot combination will make the highest and best use of the subject
property, and reflect current usage; and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of St. Anthony Village are met
through this "Minor Subdivision" process;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council's hereby approves the requested
subdivision and lot combination, subject to the following conditions:
1. The north 20 feet of Outlot D may not be separately conveyed, and shall be concurrently joined with the
property at 3929 Fordham Drive NE at the time of subdivision recording.
