A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2019-06
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance
concerning establishment of fees; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the
case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent
of Ordinance 2019-06.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2019-06 shall be
published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance.

An Ordinance Amending Section 112.09 Alcoholic Beverages, Places Ineligible for a License
The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2019-06 on May 28, 2019, this ordinance allows
for golf courses located in the Recreation/Open Space R/O District to be eligible for a wine license and on -sale
intoxilizing liquor license.

Anthony, MN 55418.
