RESOLUTION 14-045
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR THE 2015 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the following locations are proposed for improvement:
Street & Utility Reconstruction
• 36" Avenue NE from Silver Lake Road to Highcrest Road
• Chelmsford Road from 36'" Avenue NE to 37' Avenue NE
Bituminous Mill & Overlay
St. Anthony Boulevard from Ridgeway Parkway to the bridge crossing the
Minneapolis Diagonal Trail
Surface and Drainage Improvements
• Select alleys throughout the city
WHEREAS, a portion of the cost of the improvements are to be assessed to the benefited properties,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:
The proposed improvement be referred to WSB & Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether
the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be
made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the
improvement as recommended.
Adopted this 10th day of June, 2014.
