RESOLUTION 20-033
A RESOLUTION REVOKING WINEBEER LICENSE FOR HICKORY HOG LOCATED AT
3900 SILVER LAKE ROAD
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony received a letter on March 17, 2020 from the Minnesota
Department of Revenue to revoke the Hickory Hog's Wine/Beer license within 30 days
; and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony sent a letter by certified mail on March 26, 2020 notifying the
license holder of potential revocation and remediation options; and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony City Code 112.09 lists places ineligible for a license to include
any property on which taxes, assessments, or other financial claims of the state, county or
city are due, delinquent, or unpaid; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village
hereby revokes the Wine/Beer license for the Hickory Hog located at 3900 Silver Lake Road.
