7 Chair Stille called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.

15 I. APPROVAL OF APRIL 28, 2020 H.R.A. AGENDA.

17 Motion by Commissioner Webster, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the April 28.
18 2020 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.

20 Motion carried 5-0.

24 A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of March 10, 2020; and
25 B. Claims.

27 Motion by Commissioner Webster, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the Consent

36 A. Discussion for the Potential Sale of Property Located at 3803 Stinson Boulevard

38 Chair Stille explained this section of the meeting will be closed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
39 Section 13D.05, subd. 3 (c) for the purpose of discussing the potential sale of property located at
40 3803 Stinson Boulevard.

42 Mr. Jay Lindgren reviewed the Open Meeting Law with the H.R.A.
