A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE
CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE
COVID-19 PREPAREDNESS PLAN
the City of St. Anthony Village is required to have a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan per
Governor Walz's Executive Order 20-74 issued on June 5, 2020; and
critical businesses including governmental entities like cities must adopt a COVID-19
Preparedness Plan by June 29, 2020; and
the League of Minnesota Cities and the Minnesota Department of Employment and
Economic Development have provided resources and templates for creating the plan to
ensure compliance with the requirements of the Executive Order; and
the City of St. Anthony has completed a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan to comply with
the Executive Order that includes steps staff has taken to ensure safety of visitors and
staff during the COVID-19 Pandemic; and
NOW THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that the
COVID-19 Preparedness Plan is hereby adopted.
