2020 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. 18

Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Randle, to adopt H.R.A. 42
Resolution 20-05; a Resolution Approving First Amendment to Contract for Private 43
Development between the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. Anthony, the City of St. 44
Anthony, and Doran SLV, LLC. 45

President Stille explained the developer has asked for extensions on the second phase but are not 47
asking for extensions on the first phase which tells him there is reason to believe the developer 48
will be planning on breaking ground soon. 49
