RESOLUTION 20-062
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND ORDERING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 2021 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted May 12, 2020, a report was prepared by
WSB with reference to the improvement of:
Street & Utility Reconstruction
• Skycroft Drive from 32"d Avenue to 33`d Avenue
• Croft Drive from 32"d Avenue to 33`d Avenue
Mill and Overlay
• 31S' Avenue from Rankin Road to Old Highway 8
• Croft Drive from Ranking Road to 31 St Avenue
• 20 Avenue from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road
• St. Anthony Boulevard from Stinson Boulevard to Kenzie Terrace
Sanitary Sewer Capacity Improvements
• Sanitary sewer on Chandler Drive
• Foss Road Lift Station Pumps
WHEREAS, the feasibility report recommends the following street and utility improvements in 2021:

• Croft Drive from 32"d Avenue to 33r'd Avenue

• 31 St Avenue from Rankin Road to Old Highway 8
• Croft Drive from Ranking Road to 31' Avenue
• 29°i Avenue from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road
• St. Anthony Boulevard from Stinson Boulevard to Kenzie Terrace
Sanitary Sewer Capacity Improvements
• Sanitary sewer on Chandler Drive
• Foss Road Lift Station Pumps
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost
effective, and feasible.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:
l) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $2,533,500.
2) WSB is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. They shall prepare plans for
making such improvement.
