RESOLUTION 20-072
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE
ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND
HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR THE YEARS 2021 THROUGH 2024
WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony has contracted services with Hennepin County
for assessing services for the Hennepin County portion of the city. The current contract with
Hennepin County expires on July 31, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has received an new assessment agreement from
Hennepin County for the years 2021-2024; and
WHEREAS, staff finds the agreement reasonable; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony Village City
Council authorizes the City Manager to execute said Agreement.
