RESOLUTION TO APPROVE TAILGATING SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT SUBMITTED
BY THE UNOFFICIAL LOCATED AT 3701 NE STINSON BLVD. FOR TAILGATING
EVENTS ON MULTIPLE DATES
WHEREAS, The Unofficial has submitted an event proposal along with site map for a tailgating
events during the Vikings games which will include amplified broadcast of the
games, and outdoor sale of food and alcohol; and
WHEREAS, tailgating events will be held mostly on Sundays beginning November 1, 2020 with
the amplified broadcasting of the games ending by 8:00pm; and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has the authority to grant a holder of an on -sale liquor
license to serve alcohol off premises at a community festival with proof of liquor
liability insurance to cover the event; and
WHEREAS, The Unofficial will comply with the City of St. Anthony Police department's
recommendations on appropriate security for the event.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village approves
the request for The Unofficial to hold tailgating special events with the conditions mentioned
above.
