7 Chair Stille called the meeting to order at 8:36 p.m.

17 Motion by Commissioner Webster, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the October
18 27, 2020 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.

27 Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Randle, to approve the Consent
28 Agenda, which consisted of:

34 IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. — NONE.

36 A. H.R.A. Resolution 2020-06, re: Approving the Land Swap Agreement between Bremer
37 Bank and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. Anthony.

39 Interim Executive Director Charlie Yunker explained this item is for a land swap agreement
40 between Bremer Bank, N.A. and the City of St. Anthony HRA. Staff recommends approval and
41 the City Attorney has reviewed the agreement and advises that it can be approved at this early
42 stage, as there are sufficient contingencies in place to protect the City.

44 Motion by Commissioner Randle, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to adopt H.R.A.
45 Resolution 2020-06; a Resolution Approving the Land Swap Agreement between Bremer Bank
46 and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. Anthony.
