RESOLUTION 20-091
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT FOR THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF THE NORTH EAST METROPOLITAN AREA
MUNICIPAL INTERNETWORKING COLLABORATIVE, TO BE KNOWN AS
METRO-INET
WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony is a current member of the Metro-INET
consortium currently under the City of Roseville for IT services; and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony wishes to continue as a member of the new
establishment of Metro-INET for IT services; and
WHEREAS, staff finds the agreement reasonable; and
WHEREAS, Charlie Yunker, Interim City Manager is named as the City's Member
Director and Nicole Miller, Administrative Services Coordinator is named as the City's
Alternate Director; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony Village City
Council approves the joint powers agreement and authorizes the City Manager to execute
said Agreement.
