HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING
DECEMBER 8, 2020
CALL TO ORDER.
Chair Stille called the meeting to order at 8:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL.
Present: Chair Stille, Commissioners Webster, Jenson, and Randle and Walker
Absent: Interim Executive Director Charlie Yunker
Also Present: None
I. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 8, 2020 H.R.A. AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Webster, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the December
8, 2020 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.
Motion carried 5-0.
II. CONSENT AGENDA.
A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of November 24, 2020: and
B. Claims.
Motion by Commissioner Randle, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the Consent
Agenda, which consisted of:
