RESOLUTION 21-019
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR
TO MAKE CERTAIN TRANSACTIONS WITH MULTI -BANK SECURITIES, INC.
WHEREAS, Multi -Bank Securities, Inc., currently provides investments services to the City of
Saint Anthony Village and has executed a Broker certification form for 2017.
WHEREAS, In order to settle investment transactions directly with Multi -Bank Securities, Inc.
the City of Saint Anthony Village has an account in its name.
WHEREAS, the City Manager and Finance Director are authorized to make certain transaction
with Multi -Bank Securities, Inc.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes Charlie Yunker, City
Manager and Shelly Rueckert, Finance Director are authorized to make certain transaction with
Multi -Bank Securities, Inc.
