CITY OF ST. ANTHONY
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING
JANUARY 26, 2021
Chair Stille called the meeting to order at 10:16 p.m.
ROLL CALL.
Present: Chair Stille, Commissioners Webster, Jenson, and Randle and Walker
Absent: Acting Executive Director Charlie Yunker
Also Present: None.
I. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 26, 2021 H.R.A. AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Randle, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the January 26,
2021 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.
Motion carried 5-0.
11. CONSENT AGENDA.
A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of January 12, 2021; and
B. Claims.
C. Housekeeping Resolutions
1. Resolution 21-01; Designating Randy Stille as the Chair for the Saint. Anthony
Village Housing and Redevelopment Authority,
2. Resolution 21-02; Desi ng ating Thomas Randle as the Vice Chair for the Saint
Anthony Village Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
3. Resolution 21-03; Designating Wendy Webster as the Secretary/Treasurer for the
Saint Anthony Village Housing and Redevelopment Authority
4. Resolution 21-04; Designating Commissioners for the Saint Anthony Village
Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
Motion by Commissioner Webster, seconded by Commissioner Walker, to approve the Consent
Agenda, which consisted of:
