HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING
FEBRUARY 9, 2021
CALL TO ORDER.
Chair Stille called the meeting to order at 8:06 p.m.
ROLL CALL.
Present: Chair Stille, Commissioners Webster, Jenson, and Randle and Walker
Absent: Executive Director Charlie Yunker
Also Present:
I. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 9, 2021 H.R.A. AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Webster, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the February
9, 2021 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.
Motion carried 5-0.
II. CONSENT AGENDA.
A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of January 26, 2021; and
B. Claims.
Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Randle, to approve the Consent
Agenda, which consisted of:

IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. - NONE.
V. STAFF REPORTS - NONE.
