RESOLUTION 21-059
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE USE OF THE UPPER PARKING LOT AT CENTRAL
PARK FOR A SPECIAL EVENT ON DULY 24, 2021
WHEREAS, Kelly Ibekwe has submitted a special event permit to use city property to host The
Black -Owned Business Bazaar on July 24, 2021; and
WHEREAS, City staff previously reviewed and recommended approval of a special event permit
for a June 19, 2021 event that was cancelled by the organizer; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a modified special event permit for the July 24, 2021
event.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village approves
the request from Kelly Ibekwe to host The Black -Owned Business Bazaar on July 24, 2021 from 10
AM to 10 PM at the upper parking lot of Central Park.
Adopted this 13th day of July, 2021.
